2 Scrubs Lane (marked in red on plan) located at the corner of Harrow Road and Scrubs Lane, was previously used as a church, nursery and community space. Planning permission was granted in 2018 for a tall-building, which expired in 2021.

The proposals set out a high-quality co-living and community-focused scheme, responding to clear demand for flexible housing, on a site allocated for a tall building within the OPDC’s Local Plan.
