2 Scrubs Lane (marked in red on plan) located at the corner of Harrow Road and Scrubs Lane, was previously used as a church, nursery and community space. Plans are being developed for a community-led scheme with community space integrated with co-living homes.

We would like to work with the local community to shape how this development meaningfully contributes to the local area. You are invited to participate in our public consultation where we will be actively seeking input into our plans.

After considering feedback, a planning application will be submitted to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) later this summer.
