2 Scrubs Lane (marked in red on plan) located at the corner of Harrow Road and Scrubs Lane, was previously used as a church, nursery and community space. Plans are being developed for a community-led scheme with community space integrated with co-living homes.

The planning application has now been validated and you can share your comments here. Subject to receiving planning permission, we hope to start on towards the end of next year with construction work expected to take around 18 months.
